Overview

The SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) invites electronic bids from eligible suppliers for the procurement of horn strobes required at BPAS sites during the financial year 2024–25. Only suppliers registered with PPRA for e-procurement, and listed in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR with valid Income and Sales Tax registrations are eligible to participate.

Participation Requirements

• Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage, Two-Envelope Procedure in accordance with Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

• Bidders must be registered on the ePak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS):

Note: If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, the process will take place on the next working day at the same time and location.

• All bids must comply with PPRA rules, relevant regulatory guidelines, and procurement instructions issued from time to time.

• Late, incomplete, or non-compliant bids will be rejected.

• SBP BSC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
