Govt. Special Education Centre, Nankana Sahib invites sealed bids for the procurement of IT hardware under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and the Punjab Procurement Regulations-2024. Bids are invited from well-reputed and financially sound firms, with prior experience in the relevant field, who are registered with the Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments (where applicable) for the current financial year 2024-25. The procurement will be made on a framework contract basis for the purchase of the following items via E-PADS:

Bidding Procedure:

The bids shall be received under the Single Stage - Two Envelopes bidding procedure, as specified in Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

All rates should be inclusive of GST/PST and valid up to 31st December 2025.

Bid Security:
-
Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of an original CDR from a scheduled bank in favor of the undersigned. The security must be submitted to the Office of the Headmaster, Govt. Special Education Centre, Nankana Sahib before 9:00 AM on the opening day (23rd April 2025).

The bid security will be refunded after the finalization of the tenders.

Performance Guarantee: The successful bidder will be required to deposit a 10% performance guarantee of the total contract value in the form of an original CDR, which will be refunded upon successful completion of the contract obligations.
