Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd. (PPCBL), established in 1924 and recognized as a Scheduled Bank by the State Bank of Pakistan in 1955, operates with a network of 151 branches across Punjab. These are managed under 9 Zonal Offices with the Head Office located on Mall Road, Lahore. The Bank is seeking to engage qualified consultants for the following assignment:

Eligibility Requirements
Well-reputed accountancy firms registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and holding a satisfactory QCR rating are invited to participate. Proof of ICAP registration and the latest QCR rating must be included with the proposal.

Each bid must be accompanied by an earnest money deposit equivalent to 2% of the total estimated cost, in favor of The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Limited.

Include an affidavit stating that your firm has not been blacklisted or involved in any litigation.

Opening of Technical Bids: 25th April at 3:30 PM
(In the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives) -
The date for the opening of financial bids will be communicated later to firms that qualify technically.
Please note: Bids without the required earnest money will be rejected without any right to appeal. The earnest money (CDR) of the successful bidder will be retained until satisfactory completion of the assignment. CDRs of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after approval from the Competent Authority.
Right to Accept or Reject
The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders, accept a portion of any offer, or increase/decrease the required scope of services without assigning any reason.
