The Provincial Election Commissioner Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar invites electronic bids from reputable firms and companies, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax (GST), for the supply of IT hardware and solar systems for its head office in Peshawar and field offices across the province. Bidding shall be conducted through the Electronic Pakistan Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS).

Submission & Opening:

• Submission Deadline: 3rd May 2025, by 11:00 AM (via EPADS only)

• Opening of Bids: 3rd May 2025, at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Important Terms & Conditions:

1. Tender documents can be downloaded from EPADS or obtained from the office on written request by 3rd May, 2025 during office hours (Rs. 500 non-refundable if collected in hard copy).

2. Tendering will follow Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure:

   • Technical Proposal

   • Financial Proposal
     (Both to be submitted through EPADS).

3. Each bid must be accompanied by 2% bid security (for each item) in the form of a bank draft/pay order in favor of DDO, Office of the Provincial Election Commissioner KP, physically submitted before the deadline.

4. Successful bidders will be required to deposit 5% performance guarantee of the total contract value.

5. Items must be delivered and installed within 15 days of agreement execution.

6. All prices should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), inclusive of all applicable taxes, delivery, and installation charges.

7. Overwriting or ambiguous figures in the financial proposal may lead to disqualification.

8. Firms must provide a certificate of non-blacklisting from any government department.

9. The firm must have offices or support centers in Peshawar or other major cities.

10. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).

11. The procuring agency may increase or decrease the quantities as needed.
