Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB), University of the Punjab, Lahore, invites sealed tenders/quotations under the Single Stage – Single Envelope (SSSE) bidding procedure as well as through e-procurement from reputable manufacturers, authorized sole distributors, contractors, and suppliers. The purpose is to procure research laboratory equipment on a Free on Road (F.O.R.) basis, delivered to the CEMB premises at 57-West Canal Bank, near Canal View Society, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore.

Submission Information:

• All bids must be accompanied by the required bid security, drawn in favor of the "Director, Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB)".

• Bids must be submitted to the Purchase Section, CEMB, University of the Punjab, Lahore, by 12 May 2025 at 10:00 AM in sealed envelopes.

• Technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM, in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who wish to attend.

• All bids must also be uploaded on the e-procurement portal. Failure to upload bids online will result in disqualification, even if a hard copy is submitted.

Additional Information:

• Tender documents can be purchased by depositing the fee into the Centre’s bank account. Alternatively, documents can be downloaded and the payment submitted via bank draft, pay order, or online transfer.

• Tender documents will be available immediately after the publication of this notice.

• No tenders will be issued on the day of the tender opening.

• If the Government announces a public holiday on the bid opening date, the tenders will be opened on the next working day.

• The decision of the technical/tender opening committee will be announced at the time of opening.

Payment Details:

The Director, CEMB, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
