Sealed bids are invited for the supply of the following items for Lady Reading Hospital Medical Teaching Institution (LRH-MTI) Peshawar. Bids should reach the office of the undersigned on or before the respective dates at 11:00 AM, which will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Committee Room/AHD office.

The bid security should be submitted from the account of the firm/bidder/contractor who submits the bid in favor of the Hospital Director, Lady Reading Hospital Medical Teaching Institution Peshawar. The rates should be quoted in FOR (Free on Road) terms.

1. Pre-Bid Meeting: The pre-bid meetings will be held on the respective dates at 11:00 AM in the office of the Manager Material Management, LRH-MTI Peshawar.

2. Submission Requirements:

   • The tender must be typed on original prescribed letterhead, sealed, signed, and properly bound.
   • The quoted price must be printed. Handwritten quoted prices will not be accepted.
   • The tenders must adhere to the hospital specifications. Double rates for a single item will not be accepted.

3. Bid Submission Format (Single Stage Two Envelopes):

   • The envelopes should be clearly marked as "TECHNICAL BID" and "FINANCIAL BID" in bold and legible letters to avoid confusion.
   • Both bids must be sealed in separate envelopes, and the two envelopes should be sealed together in an outer envelope.

4. Compliance with Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs): The tender must follow the specifications and instructions outlined in the Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs).

5. Taxes and Government Charges: Income tax, stamp duty, professional tax, and any other applicable government taxes will be charged as per rules. Only firms listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR will be considered.

6. No Conditional Tenders: Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

7. Obtaining Bid Solicitation Documents:

   • Detailed Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs) can be obtained from the Material Management Department of LRH-MTI during working hours (Monday to Friday).
   • They are also available on the official website.

8. Bid Security: The bid security must be in the form of a CDR (Certified Demand Draft) only.

9. Rejection of Bids: The competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 47 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules 2014, after providing a valid reason.

10. KPRA Compliance: KPRA registration is mandatory for all services tenders.
