Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU) under the Punjab Green Development Program (PGDP), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (EPCCD), invites sealed e-bids from authorized dealers, distributors, or resellers for the Procurement of Office Appliances for the fiscal year 2024–25.

Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and tax departments and shall submit Technical & Financial bids through EPADS, lot-wise as detailed below:

Key Instructions

1. Bid Validity: All bids must remain valid for 120 days.

2. Submission Mode:

   • Only through EPADS

   • Submission Deadline: 25th April 2025 at 10:30 AM

   • Opening Time: 25th April 2025 at 11:00 AM

3. Procedure: Bidding will be conducted via Single Stage – One Envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 38(1) of PPRA Rules, 2014 (amended).

4. Bid Security:

   • 2% of the estimated cost (per lot), in form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order

   • Must be submitted in original (hard copy) to the office of the undersigned, and scanned copy must be uploaded on EPADS.

   • Unsuccessful bidders’ securities will be returned upon contract signing.

5. Ineligibility: Incomplete, conditional bids or those lacking proper bid security shall be rejected.

6. Tender Documents:

   • Or collected from the address below during office hours.

7. Right to Reject: The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules, 2014 (amended).
