Sealed E-Bids are invited from reputed Contractors, Firms, Organizations, and Manufacturers having adequate technical, financial, and managerial capacity and relevant experience for the supply of durable goods and consumables under the PPRA E-Tendering System, in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended to date).

Manual submissions will not be accepted; only online E-Bids submitted through EPADS shall be entertained.

Each Lot requires a separate application and technical proposal with the respective bid security.

All firms must be registered with FBR for Income and Sales Tax with an active taxpayer status.

Successful bidders shall deposit 10% performance guarantee of the contract value upon award, in the form of deposit at call.

Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, or late bids, or bids without bid security, shall be rejected.

All bidders must quote rates against each item in the DNIT/BOQs as per PPRA Circular No. L&M(PPRA)10-1/2011-008595 dated 11-10-2024.

Blank entries/pages in the financial bid (rate analysis, summary, etc.) will lead to non-responsiveness.

The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance as per PPRA Rule 35.

Grounds for bid rejection may be shared upon request but justification is not mandatory.
