Hardcopy Submission: Seal bids (hardcopies) must be submitted to the Deputy Director Purchase & Store Officer at Emerson University, Multan.

Bid Security: Original Bid Security in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/ Demand Draft/ Pay Order in favor of the Treasurer of Emerson University must be submitted along with a blacklisting affidavit on a stamp paper of Rs.100.

Bid Validity: All bids must remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening of the technical bids.

Bidding Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelopes.

Rules: Procurement governed by Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014.
