Bidding Process:
  This procurement will be carried out using the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Pre-Bid Meeting:
  Interested bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting scheduled as follows:

  Time: 11:00 AM
  Venue: BWMC Office, 1-2-D, Al-Aqsa Mall, Opp. SNGPL Office, Model Town – A, Bahawalpur

Bid Submission Deadline:
  Bids must be submitted online via the EPADS portal by April 23, 2025, at or before 11:00 AM. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure successful and timely submission on the portal.

Bid Opening:
  Bids will be opened on the same day, April 23, 2025, at 11:30 AM through the EPADS system. Bidders or their authorized representatives are welcome to attend the opening session.

Submission of Bid Security:
  The original bid security must be physically delivered to the BWMC office (address below) on or before April 23, 2025, by 11:00 AM.
