Pakistan Airports Authority invites sealed bids from eligible firms and contractors for the following work. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in at least Category C-6 and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Deadline for submission:
Sealed bids will be received until 11:00 AM on 5th May 2025, and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives. -
Bid Security Instructions:

A pay order or bank guarantee in favor of “PAA Development Works Accounting Unit AIIAP” must be submitted:

Original: To be attached with the financial bid (sealed envelope)

Copy: To be attached with the technical bid and uploaded on EPADS

All bids (physical and electronic) will be opened simultaneously on the scheduled date in the presence of the Procurement Committee and participating bidders.

PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for valid and justifiable reasons, which will be communicated upon request. The decision of the Authority shall be final and binding.

Caution: Any bid security instrument (pay order or bank draft) found to be fake or dishonored will result in blacklisting of the bidder and potential legal action as per applicable laws.
