Tenders for the following schemes are invited from engineering firms/contractors on an item rate basis through the PPRA E-Tendering System, in line with relevant PPRA Rules (amended up to date). All interested firms/contractors are invited to participate under the following terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility:
   Firms/Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and codes.

2. E-Procurement Registration:
   All participating firms must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website.
   Information and procedures for registration are available at PPRA.

3. Earnest Money (CDR):
   Earnest money must be uploaded in the form of CDR in favor of the Executive Engineer, Highway Division Sheikhupura, amounting to 2% of the estimated/bid cost.

   • Bidders must upload this on the PPRA e-portal at least 30 minutes prior to the bid opening.

   • The original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee 30 minutes before the bid opening; otherwise, the bidder will be disqualified.

4. Tender Opening:
   Bidders may attend the bid opening session at the office of the Commissioner, Lahore Division, Lahore, on
   07-05-2025 at 11:30 AM, where bids will be opened, and the successful bidder announced.

5. Fake Documents:
   Submission of fake documents (e.g., fake CDRs) will result in disqualification, blacklisting from future tenders, and a recommendation to PPRA and PEC for further action.

6. Right to Reject Bids:
   The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule-35 (Rejection of Bids).
