Subject: Purchase of Animal House and Fish Lab Instruments

  Baba Guru Nanak University (BGNU) invites e-procurement bids from eligible firms, companies, and sole proprietors engaged in manufacturing or trading, registered with the relevant tax and registration authorities (including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments). The procurement will be carried out on an item-wise basis, as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014.

Key Information for Bidders:

• Bidding Procedure:
    The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014.

• Mode of Participation:
    Interested and eligible bidders must participate through the e-procurement portal at E-PAD portal.

• Availability of Documents:
    Bidding documents are available free of cost and can be accessed at: 
            1) PPRA Website
            2) E-PAD Portal

• Submission Guidelines:
    All bids must be submitted online on an item-wise basis before the specified closing date and time via the e-procurement portal.

• Bid Opening:
    Bids will be opened in accordance with PPRA Rule 30(1), in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.

• Bid Security:
    Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the estimated amount. The security must be in the form of:   - CDR
    - Demand Draft
    - Pay Order
    in favor of “Treasurer, Baba Guru Nanak University, Nankana Sahib”.
    The original Bid Security must be submitted at the time of bid opening.

• Bid Validity:
    All bids must remain valid for 90 days from the date of submission.

• Note:
    Bidders will be solely responsible for any costs incurred in preparing or submitting their bid, including sample submissions and bid security delivery.
    In case the submission date falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be considered as the closing date.
