Punjab Tianjin University of Technology (PTUT), Lahore invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders (i.e. Firms/Companies/Sole Proprietors/Contractors engaged in construction or trading) registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and PRA, for the purchase of IT equipment.

Submission Guidelines:

1. Bid Submission Deadline:
   Bids must be submitted online via E-PADS and a physical copy must reach the undersigned's office on or before 24th April 2025 at 11:00 AM.

2. Bid Opening:

   • Date & Time: 24th April 2025 at 11:30 AM

   • Venue: Office of the Secretary, Procurement Committee, PTUT, Lahore

   • Bidders’ representatives may attend the opening session.

3. Bid Security:
   Each bid must be accompanied by 2% of the estimated amount in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order, submitted physically by the deadline.

4. Validity:
   All bids must remain valid for a minimum of 90 days from the date of submission.

5. Important Notes:

   • Late, unsigned, or improperly submitted bids will be rejected.

   • Uploading bids on the E-PADS Portal is the sole responsibility of the bidder. PTUT will not be liable for any delays or technical issues on the portal.

   • In case of a public holiday on the submission date, the next working day will be considered the deadline.
