The Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan (IPO-Pakistan) invites sealed bids from eligible and reputable suppliers for the supply, installation, and configuration of IT equipment at the Trade Marks Registry, Karachi. The equipment details are as follows:

Important Information for Bidders:

1. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

2. The detailed tender documents, including specifications and terms & conditions, can be downloaded from the IPO-Pakistan and PPRA websites.

3. Bids must be submitted using the "Two Envelope" method:

   • One envelope for the Technical Proposal

   • One envelope for the Financial Proposal
     Both envelopes should clearly mention "IT Equipment" on the front.

4. Sealed bids should be delivered to the address below during working hours. The deadline for submission is 09th May 2025 at 11:00 AM.

5. The technical proposals will be opened on the same day, 09th May 2025 at 11:30 AM, at the Trade Marks Registry, Karachi, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

6. Envelopes must be clearly marked as "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" and "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" in bold and legible letters to avoid any confusion.

7. IPO-Pakistan reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids wholly or partially at any stage, without assigning any reason, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
