Important Instructions:

1. Procurement Method: The procurement will be carried out through the EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System)

2. Registration: To participate in the bidding process, all bidders must be registered as a supplier on the EPADS platform. Once registered, bidders can access the complete bidding documents.

3. Bidding Procedure: Bidding will follow Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage-Two Envelope) as per the procedures outlined in the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (amended). Bidding is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the bidding document.

4. Bid Submission & Opening: Bidders must submit their bids on the EPADS platform. The technical bids will be opened at the office of the Medical Superintendent on 14.04.2025 at 12:00 PM, in the presence of the bidders' representatives.

5. Bid Security: The bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a CDR (Cash Deposit Receipt), Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The original CDR must be submitted to the office of the Medical Superintendent one hour before the opening of bids. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from the bidding process.

6. No Negotiations: Bidders are requested to submit their best and final prices, as no further negotiations will be conducted in accordance with the PPRA rules.

7. Tax Deduction: Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules.
