Government Special Education Centre, Bhalwal invites sealed bids through E-Pads from well-reputed and financially sound firms with previous experience in the relevant field, and who are registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments for the purchase of uniform items for students for the financial year 2024-25 under framework contract.

Submission and Opening Details:

• Last Date for Submission of Bids: 18th April 2025 at 10:00 AM through E-PADS.

• Opening of Bids: 18th April 2025 at 10:30 AM in the office of the Incharge Headmistress, Govt. Special Education Centre Bhalwal, Sargodha. The opening will be in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives.

Bidding Procedure:

• The bidding procedure will follow the Single Stage—Two Envelopes method as per PPRA Rule 38(2Xa), Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

• The bid security of 3% of the estimated cost should be in the form of an original CDR.

• GST/PST must be included in the rates quoted.

• The bid should be valid until 30th June 2025.

2. No Manual Bids: Manual bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Submission: Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS. No manual submissions will be entertained.
