TENDER NOTICE

Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO) invites sealed bids from eligible entities, including Sole Proprietors, Associations of Persons (AoP), Firms, and Companies with a proven track record of similar assignments.

Eligible bidders must:

• Be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments

• Be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)

• Hold valid registration with the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) and Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP)

Bid Security

Each bid must be accompanied by a Performance Security of Rs. 500,000/-, submitted in the form of a Bank Draft or Call Deposit in favor of Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd.
This amount is refundable to unsuccessful bidders upon written request.
