Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. (TCP), Karachi, a state-owned commercial organization under the administrative control of the Ministry of Commerce, invites "Single-Stage One Envelope" sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) (https://eprocure.gov.pk) on a lump sum rate basis from consultancy firms with the required technical, financial, and managerial capabilities. The firms must also be registered with Income Tax (active on the Taxpayer's List and non-defaulters of the Federal Board of Revenue & Sindh Revenue Board) for the project of Renting Out of Roof Tops of House Type Godowns for Installation of Solar Power Panels at TCP's Pipri Godown.

Details of Available Space:

• Location: Roof Top of 215 House Type Godowns at Pipri Godown, TCP

• Area: Approx. 1.6 Million sq. ft

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Firms not blacklisted and possessing a valid/active license with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and a valid electric license (mandatory EE11 category) are eligible to apply.

2. A complete set of bidding documents containing the required terms and conditions can be downloaded free of cost from the EPAD & PPRA websites.

Bid Security:

• The bid security to be attached with the bid is Rs. 250,000/- in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order (refundable), drawn in favor of Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited.

• A scanned copy of the bid security is required to be uploaded through EPADS, and the original hard copy must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the proper company marking on the closing date of the tender at TCP’s Head Office.

Submission Instructions:

1. The bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the tender/bidding documents. The complete tendering process will be conducted through EPADS.

2. Interested firms should register on EPADS before the closing date by visiting EPADS Registration and submit their bids to the following address:

   • General Manager (REBD), TCP, 4th & 5th Floor, Block-B, FTC Building, Karachi.

Bid Submission Deadline:

• Closing Date for Submission: Wednesday, 16th April 2025 by 11:00 AM

• Bid Opening: The bids will be opened on the same day, 16th April 2025, at 11:30 AM in the Board Room of TCP, FTC Building, Block-B, 4th Floor, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, in the presence of the contractors/firms who wish to be present.

Right to Reject Bids:

• As per PPRA Rule 33, TCP reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and E-Pak Procurement Regulations, 2023.
