The Labour & Human Resource Department, Lahore, invites sealed bids under Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure from Income Tax and Sales Tax registered firms for the supply of the following items, on a free delivery basis at consignee’s end, for the Annual Development Project titled above.

Instructions for Bidders

1. Registration: Firms must be registered on Punjab PPRA portal.

2. Tender Documents: Can be downloaded from both Punjab PPRA and EPADS websites.

3. Earnest Money (CDR): 5% of estimated cost, in favor of the undersigned, from any scheduled bank:

   • Must be uploaded (scanned) with bids.

   • Original CDR must be submitted physically before bid closing time on 28-04-2025.

4. Bid Submission:

   • Deadline: 28-04-2025 by 12:00 Noon

   • Technical Bid Opening: 28-04-2025 at 12:30 PM

   • Venue: Office of the Project Director, Centre for Improvement of Working Conditions & Environment, near Chandni Chowk, Township, Lahore.

5. Procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope (as per Rule 38(2)(a), Punjab PPRA Rules 2014).

6. Disqualification/Blacklisting: Firms providing fake documents/information will be disqualified and recommended for blacklisting.

7. Right to Reject: The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any/all bids per PPRA Rule-35.

8. Taxation: All applicable government taxes will be deducted as per law.

9. Work Order Issuance: Subject to fund availability.

10. Submission Method: Only through e-tendering. No courier, postal, or email applications will be accepted.
