Submission of Quotations:

Interested parties are required to submit separate quotations/rates for each plant.

The last date for submission of quotations: 14-04-2025 (Monday).

A Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs. 500,000/- (refundable) must be submitted along with the quotations.

Important Notes:

Afghan citizens are not allowed to be hired by contractors and are prohibited from entering the plant premises.

A detailed list of items will be provided during the visit by the store representative at the respective plants.

Quotations/rates will not be entertained if the Demand Draft is not submitted along with the quotation.

Bestway Cement Limited reserves the right to cancel any bid/quotation without providing any reasons.

Contractors must lift all scrap within the stipulated time, or the security amount will be forfeited.

Health & Safety PPEs are required while entering the plant.
