General Staff Officer-I (GSO-1) of SCARP-VI, located at Chak No. 105/P in District Rahim Yar Khan, invites bids from reputable and experienced contractors or firms for the following works and supplies:

Tender Categories:

• Major repair and overhauling of plant equipment

• Rehabilitation of damaged tube wells (TWs)

• Rehabilitation of damaged operator quarters

• Procurement of tyres

• Procurement of spare parts for tube wells and pumping stations

• Procurement of batteries

Tender Procedure:

1. Interested parties can collect the tender documents during office hours from the SCARP-VI office, starting immediately after the advertisement appears in the newspaper.

2. All completed tenders must be submitted no later than 30 minutes prior to the opening time on the day of the bid.

3. Bid opening date and time:
   Tenders will be opened on 9th May 2025 at 10:30 AM.
   The proprietors or their authorized representatives are welcome to attend the opening.

Additional Instructions:

• Each tender must include bid security in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.

• All participants must strictly follow Government Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to COVID-19.
