Services Institute of Medical Sciences, Lahore is inviting applications for the Pre-qualification / Walk-in Registration of Vendors for the local purchase of medicines and surgical disposables on a day-to-day basis through the online PITB Portal. This registration process is open to firms that have established credentials in terms of technical, financial, and managerial capabilities.

How to Submit Your Application:

1. Tender Fee & Documents: Interested firms can obtain the bidding documents by submitting a written application on their firm's letterhead, a copy of the CNIC, and a payment of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) as the tender fee during office hours.

2. Application Submission: Applications must be submitted in person by the authorized representative of the firm on the specified dates. Late arrivals or bids sent by post will not be considered.

3. Performance Security: A Performance Security of Rs. 50,000 in the form of a Call Deposit (CDR), issued in favor of the Medical Superintendent, Services Hospital Lahore, must be included with the tender documents.

4. Procurement Rules: The procurement process will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Important Notes:

• Bid Rejection: The Procuring Agency has the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time before acceptance. If requested, they will communicate the reasons for rejection but are not required to justify the rejection.

• Late Submissions: Bids received after the specified due date and time will not be entertained.

• Application Location: Applications must be submitted at the Purchase Cell at Services Hospital, Lahore.
