Cost: Rs. 3,000 per tender (via Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of "SSGC LPG Limited" or in cash)

Bid Submission
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the relevant Tender Enquiry Number, on or before the stated date and time.-
For Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding, technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes.

The technical proposals will be opened and evaluated first. Financial proposals of only technically compliant bidders will be opened at a later date (which will be communicated separately).

Eligibility Requirement
A request letter for issuance of tender documents must be accompanied by an undertaking certifying that the supplier is not debarred (temporarily or permanently) from doing business with any government authority or department. -

In accordance with SRO 296(1)/2023 dated 8th March 2023, all bidders are advised to register in the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).

Bids will be publicly opened 30 minutes after the submission deadline at the address below.

If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
