State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) invites electronic bids (e-bids) from bidders who are:

• Registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) on EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System),

• Hold valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations, and

• Listed in the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

The procurement is for the renewal and acquisition of Adobe software licenses currently in use. The process will be conducted as per Rule 36(b) – Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Bidding Documents:

Complete e-bidding documents, including detailed terms and conditions, specifications, and requirements, are available for registered bidders on the EPADS portal.

Bid Security:

A bid security of PKR 150,000 must be submitted in favor of SBP Banking Services Corporation in an acceptable form.

• A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on EPADS.

• The original bid security must be submitted to the procuring agency on or before the bid submission deadline, failing which the bid will be rejected.

Submission & Opening:

• Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS no later than Wednesday, 07 May 2025 at 11:00 AM.

• Manual (hard copy) bids will not be accepted.

• The bids will be opened the same day, i.e., 07 May 2025 at 11:30 AM, through EPADS in the presence of authorized bidders.
