The firm must be registered with GST, Professional Tax, and NTN.

Last date for submission of tenders: 22 April 2025 (1000 hrs).

Tenders will be opened on the same day at 1100 hrs.

No advance payment will be made; payments will only be made subject to acceptance of the items by the user activity.

The Officers Commanding the mentioned Bases/Units reserve the right to reject any or all parts of the tender on technical grounds.

Quotations must be valid for 90 days.

Sales Tax (if applicable) must be mentioned separately.

Guarantee/Warranty period must be clearly stated.

The agreement will be governed by the Official Secret Act, 1923.
