Tender Notice No. 16/2024-25

Pakistan Nuclear Regulatory Authority (PNRA) invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors who are registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, are listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-5 or above.

The tender is for the "Supply and Installation of an On-Grid Solar Power System (approximately 307 KVA)" at PNRA buildings located in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Multan, and Karachi.

Tender Details:

• Bidding Documents:
  Detailed specifications, terms, and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Senior Administrative Officer (Procurement) at PNRA Headquarters, Mauve Area, G-8/1, Islamabad.
  The price for the bidding documents is Rs. 3,000/- (non-refundable), payable through Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of Director Finance, PNRA.
  Cash payments are not accepted, and documents will not be issued via email or courier.

• Document Collection:
  Bidding documents can be collected during office hours (8:30 AM to 3:30 PM) upon presenting a company letterhead request, a valid PEC registration, proof of ATL status from the FBR website, and the Bank Draft/Pay Order.

• Bidding Procedure:
  A Single Stage Two Envelope procedure will be adopted.

  • Pre-Bid Meeting: 5th May 2025 at 10:30 AM at PNRA Headquarters, Islamabad.

  • Last Date for Bid Submission: 13th May 2025 by 11:30 AM.

  • Opening of Technical Bids: 13th May 2025 at 12:00 PM.

  • Opening of Financial Bids: 28th May 2025 at 11:00 AM, for technically qualified bidders, at the address mentioned below.
    All bidders are welcome to attend the opening sessions.
