Invitation to Bid
PPCBL invites sealed bids from reputable and experienced firms for the supply, installation, and formulation of a complete solar energy system at selected branch locations. The details of the sites are as follows:

Mandatory Equipment Requirements:

• Inverter (brands such as Huawei or Goodwe)

• Solar panels (Tiger, Jinko, Canadian or equivalent N-Type 560-580W bifacial modules with dual glass)

• Elevated mounting structure

Eligibility Criteria:

• The firm must be well-established and registered with relevant government authorities (e.g., FBR).

• Must appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

• Registration with the Pakistan Solar Association (PSA) is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in similar solar projects is required.

• The bidder must submit valid copies of CNIC and NTN.

Submission Details:

• Complete bid proposals must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 8th May 2025 at the address mentioned below.

• Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM.

• All proposals should include quoted prices inclusive of all applicable taxes.

• Late submissions will not be considered under any circumstances.
