Pakistan Sports Board (PSB), Islamabad, invites applications through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS) from qualified contracting firms. Interested firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and codes listed below, with registration valid up to June 30, 2025.

We are seeking bids for the following project:

Important Instructions:

• Bidding Documents:
  The bidding documents are available for download from EPADS. All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS. Please note that manual submission of bids will not be accepted.

• Bid Submission:
  Bidders must submit complete applications including both technical and financial proposals, following the instructions outlined in the bidding documents.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The firm must meet the evaluation criteria as detailed in the bidding documents.

2. Proof of valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status must be provided.

3. An affidavit, duly notarized on judicial stamp paper, must confirm that the firm has not been blacklisted by any government or autonomous body.

4. The earnest money (bid security) must be submitted in the form of a bank draft, pay order, or CDR made out in favor of the Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad.

5. A hard copy of the technical proposal (excluding the financial proposal), exactly as uploaded on EPADS, must be submitted. In case of any discrepancy, the uploaded document will be considered final.

6. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the technical proposal, while the original must be submitted before the closing time. Failure to comply will result in the bid being considered non-responsive.

7. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
