Supply of Stationery, Toners, and Miscellaneous Office Use Items

The National Information Technology Board (NITB), an autonomous organization under the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication, is committed to enhancing public service delivery through e-Governance initiatives and advisory services. In line with this mission, NITB invites sealed bids from reputed firms for the supply of stationery, toners, and miscellaneous office use items.

Firms interested in participating must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Important Details:

• Availability of Tender Documents:
  Tender and bidding documents, which include detailed terms, conditions, and specifications, are available for download free of cost from the official platforms.

• Electronic Submission:
  Bids can be submitted electronically via the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS).
  For registration, training, or assistance with EPADS, bidders may contact the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) offices in Islamabad.

• Pre-Bid Meeting:
  A pre-bid meeting will be held at NITB premises on 6th May 2025 at 11:00 AM.
  Location: Plot No. 24-B, Street No. 06, Sector H-9/1, Islamabad.

• Deadline for Submission:
  Bids must be submitted by 13th May 2025 at 11:00 AM.

  • Technical Bids Opening: Same day at 11:30 AM at NITB office.

  • Late submissions: Bids received after the deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened.

  • Note: Bids sent via email or fax will not be accepted.

Important Notes for Bidders:

• For online submissions, bidders must be registered on EPADS.

• Even if bids are submitted online, the original bid security instrument must be delivered physically to the NITB office before the submission deadline.

Right to Reject:

The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or annul the bidding process at any stage without assigning any reason, and without liability to any bidder.
