TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders under the Single Stage – One Envelope Bidding Procedure, based on Item-wise Rates / Percentage Based Market Rate System for the Bi-Annual Period from 01-01-2024 to 30-06-2024, are invited by the Finance Department, Government of Punjab from approved Contractors/Firms (Category F-1) meeting the following criteria:

Eligibility Criteria

• Valid and active Income Tax Registration (FBR & PRA)

• Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Registration

• Registered with C&W / PWD (2023-24)

• Not blacklisted by any Government / Semi-Government Department

• Registered with GST & NTN (FBR & Punjab Revenue Authority). In case of exemption, valid proof must be attached.

Bid Submission Details

Tender Documents

• Can be downloaded from the PPRA Punjab and TEVTA websites.

• Attach attested copies of:

  • PEC Registration Certificate (updated)

  • C&W / PWD Registration

  • NTN Certificate

  • Authority Letter on Contractor/Firm Letterhead

  • CNIC of Contractor / Managing Partner

  • Power of Attorney

  • Affidavit of non-blacklisting

Other Instructions

• Rates and amounts must be clearly written in figures and words.

• No cutting or overwriting is acceptable.

• Tenders must be signed as per instructions.

• Earnest Money (as a percentage of estimated cost) must be deposited with the tender in the shape of:

  • Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Demand Draft / Pay Order / Banker's Cheque in favor of the Principal, Govt. Technical Training Institute, Kamalia.

• Bidders quoting rates below 5% of the estimated amount must submit up to 5% Performance Security, refundable upon successful completion.

Note: If the tender opening date falls on a gazetted holiday, it will be shifted to the next working day as per the same schedule.

The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal as per PPRA Rules.
