    In accordance with the directives issued by the Local Government and Rural Development Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Reference No. 11/2022-6/AO-II/LCB dated 28th March 2025 and 6-11/2025/AO-II/LCB dated 21st March 2024), Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Daggar, District Buner intends to auction the following contracts for a one-year period, from 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2026, via E-Auction.

The e-auction will be held on the following dates:

• May 12, 13, and 14, 2025

• May 19, 20, and 21, 2025

• May 26, 27, and 28, 2025

Only those contractors who have registered or renewed their registration for the year 2025–26 with the Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, are eligible to participate in the e-auction process.

Interested contractors must submit the required bid security (refundable deposit) separately for each contract in the form of a Call Deposit or Bank Draft made payable to the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Daggar, Buner, along with a copy of their CNIC and valid registration documents during office hours.

Contract Details

Key Conditions for E-Auction Participation

1. A successful bid will be one that exceeds the official minimum bid value, and contracts will be awarded for one fiscal year (2025–26) only.

2. The highest bidder must deposit 15% of the bid amount as an advance along with a 5% security deposit within two working days after the bid, during office hours. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the contract, forfeiture of the deposited bid security, and blacklisting of the contractor. The matter may also be forwarded to the provincial government.

3. All participants must submit bids online via the Local Council Board's official e-auction portal: [e-auction.lcbkp.gov.pk].

4. Bid security details must also be entered online. Submission of incorrect, forged, or misleading information will result in disqualification and blacklisting.

5. Contractors who have outstanding dues with any Local Council or whose representatives are defaulters are not eligible to participate.

6. All participants must abide by the terms and conditions issued by the provincial government.

7. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids with valid justification.
