Sealed bids are invited from reputable suppliers, company distributors, or importers for the supply of material and parts as per required quantities and specifications detailed in the tender documents. The procurement includes:

Tender Terms and Conditions:

1. Tender Procedure: Single Stage – Single Envelope Basis.

2. Bids must be submitted on the supplier’s official letterhead, duly signed and stamped. (Mandatory)

3. Prices must be quoted on F.O.R. TIP Haripur basis.

4. Bids are to be dropped in the Tender Box placed at:
   TIP Office, Plot No. 181-186, I-9/2, Industrial Area, Islamabad.

5. Bidders must strictly comply with all tender requirements. (Mandatory)

6. Prices inclusive and exclusive of all applicable taxes must be clearly mentioned separately. Only active tax payers will be considered; otherwise, bids will be rejected.

7. Bid Security: PKR 500,000/- must be submitted as Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of TIP Haripur, in a separate sealed envelope. Bids without bid security will not be entertained.

8. Only bids completed in all respects and as per the checklist provided in the tender/bidding documents will be accepted.

9. Tender Form & Documents can be purchased from the office of the undersigned against a non-refundable fee of PKR 10,000/- through Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of TIP Haripur.

10. Though the tender is available on the PPRA website, bidders must purchase the tender documents physically from the Office of GM SCM Islamabad by paying the required fee.

11. Bid Validity: 60 Days.

12. Transportation charges will be borne by the vendor.

13. Bids must be submitted at TIP Office, Plot No. 181-186, I-9/2, Industrial Area, Islamabad, no later than 07 May 2025 at 1300 hours. Bids will be opened at 1330 hours on the same day.

14. No tender documents will be issued on the date of bid opening.

15. Conditional bids shall not be entertained.

16. Tender documents will not be issued via post.

17. An affidavit on stamp paper confirming that the bidder is not blacklisted by any government authority and is not involved in litigation with any government department/autonomous body must be attached. (Mandatory)

18. Valid FBR registration certificate must be provided.

19. Sample of nut bolts (minimum 5 pieces) must be submitted with the bid. Samples of plates and angle iron will be tested upon placement of order at the supplier’s premises by TIP’s technical team before delivery.

20. TIP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rule No. 33.
