University of Health Sciences Lahore invites bids from sole manufacturers, authorized distributors, and authorized dealers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax for the Procurement of IT Equipment for FY 2024-2025. This equipment is intended for the following departments:

• IT Department

• International Linkages

• Bio-Medical Office

• Medical Journalism Department

• Finance Department

• Media and Publication Department

Tender Details:

• Bidding Method: Single Stage Two Envelopes (containing separately the financial and technical proposals).

• Procurement Method: The bidding procedure will follow the EPAD’s and PPRA Punjab under Rule 38(2).

• Availability of Tender Documents: The bidding documents will be available on the UHS and EPAD’s PPRA Punjab websites.

Bid Security/ Earnest Money:

Bidders must provide a 2% refundable earnest money of the estimated amount in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, or Banker’s Cheque drawn in favor of the Treasurer, University of Health Sciences, Lahore.

Submission and Opening Details:

• Deadline for Bid Submission: Bids must be submitted by 03:00 pm on 18th April 2025 through EPADS.

• Tender Opening: The bids will be opened at 03:30 pm on 18th April 2025 in the presence of the Tender Committee and the representatives of participating firms/companies.

Important Information:

1. The procurement process, including the acceptance or rejection of bids, will be governed by PPRA Punjab Rules.

2. The procuring agency has the right to disqualify a bidder if the information submitted is found to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete, as per PPRA Rule 2014 (Amended).
