Punjab Agriculture & Meat Company (PAMCO), a non-profit organization established under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984, is inviting sealed bids from eligible and legally registered contractors, firms, or companies for the procurement of plastic cable ties under a frame contract.

PAMCO operates a state-of-the-art abattoir in Lahore, aimed at providing Halal, healthy, and hygienic meat to local markets and for international export.

Bidding Procedure:

• The bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage – Single Envelope procedure, in accordance with Rule No. 38(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA).

Bid Submission:

• Bidders must submit their proposals online through the E-PADS system by 4:30 PM on 5th May 2025.

• Each bid must be accompanied by a refundable bid security of Rs. 50,000, which is 4% of the total estimated cost of Rs. 1,250,000/-.

• The bid security must be submitted through CDR, Demand Draft (DD), or Pay Order (PO) in favor of Punjab Agriculture & Meat Company.

Bid Opening:

• Bids will be opened on the same day, 5th May 2025, at 5:00 PM, through an online session on the E-PADS system.

General Terms:

• PAMCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance, in accordance with the applicable PPRA rules.
