Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited, a public sector bank based in Islamabad, invites electronic bids from authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors who are registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. The procurement is for essential infrastructure components, specifically Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.

Bidding Details:

1. Availability of Bidding Documents:

   • The bidding documents, which include detailed terms and conditions, are available for purchase at the Procurement Department, ZTBL Head Office, Islamabad. The cost of the bidding documents is Rs. 2,000/-.

   • Alternatively, you can download the bidding documents free of cost from the ZTBL website or from the PPRA EPAD System.

2. Bid Submission:

   • All bids must be submitted electronically through the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS).

   • The original bid security must be delivered to the following address before the bid submission deadline.

3. Important Dates:

   • Bid Submission Deadline: 29th April 2025 at 11:00 AM

   • Bid Opening Date: 29th April 2025 at 11:30 AM

4. Pre-Bid Meeting:

   • A pre-bid meeting will be held on 16th April 2025 at 11:00 AM at the IT Conference Room, ZTBL Head Office, Islamabad. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.
