Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM) requires sealed technical and financial bids from well-established and reputable sales tax and income tax registered suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, and general suppliers who are active on the ATL (Active Taxpayers List). These bids are for the purchase of summer/winter items for the five PBM Sweet Homes under the administration of PBM’s Regional Office, South Punjab Multan, for the year 2024-25.

Details:

1. The Tender Documents including all details, specifications, terms, and conditions are available on the PBM website and the PPRA website.

2. E-bid submissions must be prepared in accordance with the PPRA Rules and the instructions in the tender documents. The bids should be accompanied by a Pay Order or CDR as a refundable bid security in favor of the Director, Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Regional Office (South Punjab), Multan. These should be submitted online by April 17, 2025, before 11:00 AM. The original Pay Order/CDR must also be sent to the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal, South Punjab Multan office.

3. Technical Bids will be opened on April 17, 2025, at 11:30 AM. The Financial Bids opening date will be communicated to the successful bidders later.

4. The approved and successful firm will be required to supply goods at the approved rates for one year starting from the first supply order. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering all items to the designated locations after inspection at the Regional Office, South Punjab, Multan.

5. Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal reserves the right to reject any or all bids without providing any reason, in accordance with the rules and regulations.
