Punjab Council of the Arts invites sealed bids from well-reputed, GST and Income Tax registered firms, companies, or suppliers that are technically and financially sound for the supply of various items under the scheme titled:

“Renovation / Upgradation of Buildings and Provision of Furniture / Plant & Machinery to the Existing Arts Councils 2024–25 (GS #3570)”

Bidding will be carried out in accordance with Rule No. 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, using the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. Below is the lot-wise breakdown of items required:

Important Instructions:

Bidders must submit a sealed envelope containing two separate envelopes clearly marked as "Technical Proposal" and "Financial Proposal."
Tender documents, including specifications and BOQs, can be obtained from the office of the undersigned at 53-Shadman-II, Lahore during working hours on payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 2,000/-.
Bid security in the form of CDR or PO (issued by any scheduled bank) pledged in favour of the Executive Director, Punjab Council of the Arts, must be submitted along with the bid.
All sealed bids must be submitted via EPAD by 7th May 2025 at 3:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
Bidders may quote for one or more items or lots.
Financial proposals will be retained and opened publicly only after technical evaluation, at a time and venue communicated to the bidders in advance.
The Executive Director reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason, in accordance with Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
