Punjab Board of Technical Education (PBTE), located at 21-A, Kashmir Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore, invites sealed tenders from PST (Punjab Sales Tax) registered bidders for the sale of waste paper items available in the office premises. The sale will be made on an “as-is, where-is” basis.

Items Available for Sale:

Reserved Prices:

• Item 1: Rs. 5.00 per kg

• Item 2: Rs. 5.70 per kg

• Item 3: Rs. 5.50 per kg

In case no bid meets the reserved price, an open auction will be conducted among the participating bidders.

Important Terms & Conditions:

1. Interested bidders must be PST-registered and submit their bids in sealed envelopes.

2. A Call Deposit of Rs. 500,000 in favor of Punjab Board of Technical Education, Lahore must be attached with the tender.

3. The offered rates must be provided separately for each item category and should be exclusive of taxes.

4. The successful bidder will be required to pay applicable taxes over and above the bid amount to PBTE.

5. The contract will be valid for one year from the date of agreement.

6. All tenders must be submitted by May 16, 2025, by 11:00 AM via registered mail or courier to the Secretary, PBTE, Lahore.

7. The envelope must clearly state “Tender for Waste Paper” in bold letters on the front.

8. Tender documents will be issued up to one day prior to the submission deadline.

9. All received tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders on May 16, 2025, at 11:30 AM.

10. Interested parties may inspect the materials or obtain detailed terms and conditions by contacting the Assistant Secretary (P&M) during office hours.

11. The tender documents are available for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000.

12. All relevant documents will be made available immediately after the publication of this notice.
