Tender documents are available for download from the organization’s official website. Hard copies will not be sold unless otherwise stated.

Both technical and financial offers should be submitted as per the instructions in the tender documents.

Submissions must reach the designated office by 1400 hours on 7th May 2025.

Tenders will be opened on the same day at 1430 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

All proposals must be signed, stamped, and submitted with a cover letter on official letterhead.

Incomplete, conditional, or ambiguous bids will be rejected.

Tender fee should be deposited through MCB online banking, and the original receipt must be attached with the technical proposal.
