    Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids from firms and suppliers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for the supply of the following items. The deliveries will be made on a free delivery basis to IESCO’s Head Office in Islamabad.

Tender Details:

Bids must be submitted by 10:30 AM on the same day. The tenders will be opened in the presence of participating bidders or their authorized representatives (with authority letters) at the office of the Chief Engineer (MM), IESCO Head Office, Street No. 40, G-7/4, Islamabad.

Important Terms & Conditions:

1. Price Basis: Quoted prices must be final and firm on a Free Carrier Services (FCS) basis, with no involvement of foreign exchange.

2. Bid Security: Each tender must include a bid bond of Rs. 50,000, valid for 120 days, in favor of the CEO. This can be in the form of a bank guarantee, call deposit, demand draft, or pay order from a scheduled bank in Pakistan with an A+ rating or higher.

3. Tender Documents: Can be obtained from the Chief Engineer (MM), IESCO, during office hours for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000 per set. Documents are available up to one working day before the tender opening date.

4. Quantity Requirements: Partial bids will not be accepted. Bids must be for the full quantity specified.

5. Eligibility Criteria: Bidders must submit a written request on official company letterhead along with copies of valid NTN and STRN certificates.

6. Issuance Deadline: No tender documents will be issued on the day of the tender opening.

7. Bid Validity: All bids must remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening.

8. Blacklist Declaration: Bidders must submit an affidavit confirming that they are not blacklisted by any government, semi-government, or autonomous body, and that no legal proceedings are pending against them.

9. Contingency Clause: If the tender opening date falls on a public holiday or if IESCO offices are closed due to a strike or any other reason, tenders will be opened the next working day at the same time and venue.
