The Directorate of Fisheries, Upper Sindh Fish Hatchery, Mando-Dero Sukkur, invites sealed bids under the Non-Development Budget for the fiscal year 2024-25. The bids will be submitted through the EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for the procurement of goods in the following categories:

Tender Details

Interested firms, companies, suppliers, or sole distributors can obtain the complete set of bidding documents from the Directorate of Fisheries, Upper Sindh Fish Hatchery, Mando-Dero Sukkur. The documents can be collected by submitting a written request along with a non-refundable fee via call deposit or pay order made in favor of the Directorate.

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and General Sales Tax.

2. Each bidder must provide bid security equivalent to 5% of the total bid amount, in the form of a call deposit or pay order in favor of the Directorate.

3. The procurement process will follow Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure. Both technical and financial proposals must be included in a single envelope.

General Conditions:

• The Procuring Agency reserves the right to cancel the bidding process at any stage before the acceptance of any bid.

• The supply order will be issued as and when funds are released by the Finance Department.

• All supplies must be completed within the timelines mentioned in the Schedule of Requirements.

• Quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable government taxes.

• Each tender is to be treated as a single package; partial bids will not be entertained.

• Firms that are blacklisted or in default are not eligible to participate.

• If a public holiday is declared on the bid opening date, the tender will be opened on the next working day.
