Eligibility Criteria

Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-5 or above.

Valid registration with KPPRA and must be on Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

Bidders must submit 2% CDR of the estimated cost from a scheduled bank.

Rate quoted must be as per MRS-2021.

Firms must provide:

KPRA registration certificate.

Income Tax & Sales Tax Registration.

PEC license (ISO-9001 preferred).

Affidavit of non-involvement in litigation.

Site visit certificate, if required.
