Instructions & Conditions

1. Only EPADS-registered suppliers submitting E-Bids through EPADS will be considered.

2. Bidding Documents (Tender Form) with detailed terms & conditions are available free of cost at:

   • EPADS Portal
   • PPRA Website

3. Bid Security (original CDR) must be submitted in hard copy to the office of the Headmistress, Govt. Special Education Center, Fazilpur before the e-bid submission deadline.

   Failure to submit the original bid security on time will result in rejection of the bid.

4. The successful bidder must:

   • Submit a Performance Guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount.

   • Sign a contract agreement before the issuance of a supply order.

5. Rates should be quoted in Pak Rupees, inclusive of all applicable taxes.

6. All applicable taxes will be deducted as per Government Rules.

7. E-Bid validity shall be six (6) months from the date of bid evaluation report publication.

8. The Competent Authority reserves the right to:

   • Reject all e-bids at any stage before acceptance, per PPRA rules.

   • Share grounds of rejection with bidders, without being obligated to justify them.
