Established in 1924 and recognized as a Scheduled Bank by the State Bank of Pakistan in 1955, The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd. (PPCBL) proudly operates through a network of 151 branches across Punjab. PPCBL invites sealed proposals from qualified and experienced consultancy firms for the following assignments:

2 | Tagging, valuation, and condition assessment of all fixed assets located across 151 branches, 9 zonal offices, 1 head office, and additional locations |
Interested firms may choose to participate in either of the two assignments or both. However, please note that separate technical proposals, financial proposals, and earnest money submissions are required for each assignment.
The Bank reserves the right to award both assignments to a single firm or to different firms, based on merit and suitability.
The consultants will be expected to provide data in a predefined format aligned with our Fixed Assets Register. Firms applying for the property revaluation (Serial No. 1) must be listed on the Pakistan Banking Association’s (PBA) approved panel for property evaluation—qualified for any amount.
Tender Documents and Submission Details
All relevant documents including the Tender Document, RFP, details of the properties, and fixed assets register format can be downloaded from the PPCBL website.
Along with your bid, please submit:

A sealed proposal clearly indicating the assignment (or both).

An affidavit confirming that your firm is not blacklisted and is not involved in any litigation.

Earnest money equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost, submitted in favor of "The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Limited".

Submission Deadline: 25th April, 11:00 A.M.

Bid Opening: 25th April, 11:30 A.M.
The opening will be held in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who may wish to attend.
Note: Bids without the required earnest money will be rejected without any right to appeal.
The earnest money of successful bidders will be retained until the satisfactory completion of the task. Unsuccessful bidders’ earnest money will be returned after approval by the Competent Authority.
PPCBL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders, accept a part of any tender, or modify the quantity of work without assigning any reason.
