Auction Terms & Key Information

1. Tender Documents:
   Available at the Admin Section, RHO NADRA Sargodha, located at 6-Gulshan Avenue, PAF Link Road, Sargodha.

2. Inspection of Vehicles:

   • From 15th April 2025 to 08th May 2025

   • Timings: 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays)

   • In the presence of the Auction Committee

3. Auction Date & Venue:

   • Date: 08th May 2025

   • Time: 12:00 PM

   • Location: RHO NADRA, 6-Gulshan Avenue, PAF Link Road, Sargodha

4. Bid Submission:

   • Bids must be sealed and submitted as per the instructions in the tender documents

   • Must include 10% of the offered price as Earnest Money via Pay Order in favor of NADRA

   • Successful bidder’s Earnest Money will be adjusted against the final bid price

5. Applicable Taxes:

   • All government taxes including WHT and GST will be borne by the successful bidder and are payable in addition to the bid price

6. Auction Basis:

   • Vehicles will be sold on "As-Is, Where-Is" basis

   • No claims or returns will be entertained

7. Rights Reserved:
   NADRA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in accordance with Rule 33 of PPRA Rules
