Board of Management Sundar Industrial Estate (BOM-SIE) invites sealed bids from contractors/vendors/suppliers approved by the Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) for providing door-to-door solid waste collection (non-hazardous) within Sundar Industrial Estate and ensuring disposal at designated government landfill sites.

Scope of Work:
The services required involve the collection of non-hazardous solid waste from within Sundar Industrial Estate and its safe disposal at government-approved landfill facilities. Only contractors registered with LWMC are eligible to participate. Firms failing to meet the eligibility or evaluation criteria will be disqualified.

Bidding Procedure:

• The bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).

Bid Submission and Opening:

• Bidders must submit their proposals online via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).

• Deadline for submission: 6th May 2025, by 11:00 AM

• Opening of bids: Same day at 11:40 AM

Bidding Documents:

• Available free of cost on the PPRA website, the BOM-SIE website, and the EPADS portal.

• All documents must be completed, signed, and stamped, and uploaded in the required format.

Bid Security:

• Each bid must include a bid security of Rs. 198,247 (2% of the estimated cost).

• Acceptable forms include Bank Guarantee, CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order made in favor of PIEDMC Sundar Industrial Estate.

• The bid security must be attached in PDF format with the online bid and its original copy must be submitted to the BOM-SIE office before the bid opening date.

Important Notes:

• Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late submissions or bids submitted via modes other than the specified online portal will be considered non-responsive and rejected.

• BOM-SIE reserves the right to reject any or all bids before acceptance, as per Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
