1. Tender Overview

• Purpose: Procurement of Drugs/Medicines with free delivery to the consignee's end.

• Eligible Participants: Licensed and registered manufacturing firms or importers.

2. Bidding Procedure

• Method: Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure
  (Separate sealed envelopes for Technical and Financial proposals)

• Envelope Labels: Clearly mark envelopes as:

  • “Technical Proposal”

  • “Financial Proposal”

  • Include Tender Inquiry Number on the outer envelope.

• Non-responsive bids: Financial proposals of technically non-compliant bids will be returned unopened.

3. Bid Security

• Amount: 2% of total bid price

• Form: Pay Order / Demand Draft / CDR from a scheduled bank in Pakistan

• In Favor Of: Medical Superintendent, WAPDA Hospital Hyderabad

• Attach With: Technical Proposal

4. Tender Documents

• Availability: From the office of the Medical Superintendent, WAPDA Hospital Hyderabad

• Fee: Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable)

• Last Date to Obtain: 02-May-2025 (Friday) by 12:00 PM

5. Bid Submission & Opening

• Submission Deadline: 03-May-2025 (Saturday) by 11:00 AM

• Opening Date & Time: 03-May-2025 at 12:00 PM

• Venue: WAPDA Hospital Hyderabad

• Note: If a public holiday is declared, the process will occur the next working day at the same time and venue.

6. General Conditions

• Late bids will not be entertained.

• The competent authority reserves rights in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004.
