WASA Lahore invites sealed tenders for the following rehabilitation works from contractors who are:

• Registered on e-PADS with active NTN, STRN, and PNTN (filers only),

• Approved by PEC with valid renewal for the year 2024-2025.

All bidding will be conducted online via the e-Procurement System (e-PADS) of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Physical/hard copy submissions of bids will not be accepted.

Important Guidelines for Bidders:

1. Bidding Documents: Available to registered contractors on:

   • EPADS Portal

   • PPRA Website

2. Bid Submission:

   • Deadline: 30th April 2025, by 11:00 AM

   • Only through PDF upload on e-PADS (as per PPRA Regulation 6(4), 2024)

   • No bids via post, telegraph, or any offline method will be accepted.

3. Bid Opening:

   • Same day: 30th April 2025, at 11:30 AM

   • On e-PADS platform

4. Bid Security:

   • Amount: 2% of the estimated cost

   • Acceptable forms: CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker’s Cheque (insurance bonds not accepted)

   • Must be uploaded (soft copy) on e-PADS and submitted (original hard copy) to the undersigned’s office before the bid closing time, or the bid will be rejected.

5. Additional Notes:

   • Bids containing viruses, corrupt files, or unreadable content will be rejected (PPRA Regulation 8(4), 2024).

   • Conditional or incomplete bids will not be entertained.

   • The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids at any stage (Rule 35, PPRA Rules 2014).

   • All works are subject to WASA revenue collection. Payments may be delayed up to 12 months or more.

   • Tendered rates must be written in both figures and words and signed as instructed in the tender documents.
