Project: Establishment of a State-of-the-Art Wildlife Hospital at Safari Zoo, Lahore

The Project Director invites sealed electronic bids (e-Bids) from eligible and qualified suppliers for the procurement of specialized medical and veterinary equipment, under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (PPRA Rules). Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA, etc.) and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).

Bidding will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. The bidding documents, including detailed specifications, terms, and conditions, are available for download at:

• Deadline for Submission: Electronic bids must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS) by 11:00 AM on April 28, 2025.

• Bid Opening: Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders who wish to attend in person may do so at the office of the Project Director, Safari Zoo, Lahore.

• Bid Security: Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost, in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order.

• Pre-Bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting will be held on April 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Project Director’s office.

• Bid Validity: Bids must remain valid for a period of 90 days after the submission deadline.

• Public Holidays: If the submission date falls on a public holiday, bids will be accepted and opened on the next working day at the same time.

For further details or clarifications, interested bidders may contact the office of the Project Director during working hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM), up to seven days before the closing date.

The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or cancel the bidding process at any stage, as per PPRA Rules.
